- Small-Medium (20–40 lbs): $100 + tax
- Medium-Large (40–60 lbs): $110 + tax
- Large (60–90 lbs): $130 + tax
- Extra Large (90+ lbs): $140+ + tax

Dog Bath & Nails Only:
- Small: $70 + tax
- Small-Medium: $80 + tax

At Winston And Friendz Inc., every dog’s coat condition, temperament, and grooming history are carefully assessed at each appointment. For the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of your pet, the final grooming style and length will be determined by our grooming team upon arrival.
Please note:

• Desired coat lengths and styles can only be reasonably accommodated when dogs are maintained on a regular grooming schedule.

• If your dog has not been professionally groomed within the last 4 weeks, we cannot guarantee a specific length request.

• Matted, overgrown, impacted, uneven, or poorly maintained coats may require a shorter cut than requested in order to safely and humanely complete the groom.

• Our groomers will always aim to achieve the best possible result while prioritizing your dog’s comfort, coat health, and safety.

• We do not keep detailed records of previous grooming styles, lengths, or personal grooming preferences.

• Grooming staff may change over time, and individual groomers may have different techniques and styling approaches.

• Because of this, we cannot guarantee that your dog will receive the exact same style or appearance as from a previous visit.

• By proceeding with grooming services, clients acknowledge that the groomer has final discretion regarding the appropriate style and coat length based on the condition of the dog presented at the appointment.

• We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain your pet’s coat in healthy condition through regular grooming appointments.

 

Post-Grooming Itching & Scratching

Following a haircut, shave-down, de-shedding treatment, or mat removal, some pets may experience temporary itching, scratching, rubbing, rolling, licking, or nibbling at their skin.

This can occur because the skin is more exposed after coat removal and may be adjusting to the shorter haircut. Pets that have been shaved due to matting may also have pre-existing skin sensitivities that were hidden beneath the coat.

To prevent self-inflicted irritation, owners should monitor their pet closely after grooming. If excessive scratching, licking, chewing, or biting occurs, the use of an Elizabethan collar (cone) or other protective device may be necessary.

Winston and Friendz is not responsible for irritation, scratching, self-trauma, hot spots, skin conditions, or other issues that may arise after grooming, particularly in cases involving shave-downs, de-shedding treatments, or mat removal. Owners are responsible for monitoring their pet and seeking veterinary advice if concerns arise.

By proceeding with grooming services, owners acknowledge that temporary itching, scratching, and skin sensitivity can occur following grooming and are known risks associated with coat removal and mat removal procedures.
